  Good after sales service. I bought a husqvarna LC18, 18 months ago. After the last winter 'hibernation', the mower had "starting" problems. Still under warranty, I took the mower to them, thinking that, they will ask 'Did you service this as required ?" and will force me to pay for a service.
  
  Well, it was repaired free of charge (and zero cost to me) .
  
  Now, I plan to buy a hedge trimmer from them a bit later.
